Privacy and cookie choices

Information you provide

VIIBrook collects the contact details you submit for newsletter subscriptions, book requests and strategy applications. Applications also include your website, revenue and advertising spend. We use this information to respond to requests, assess applications and deliver subscriptions you choose. Records are stored in our website’s cloud services. Payments are handled by Stripe; VIIBrook does not collect your full payment card details.

Website measurement and advertising

The site uses Ahrefs Analytics for website measurement. The Meta Pixel shares page visits, device and browser information, cookie identifiers, successful application submissions, and confirmed payment events with Meta. Payment events include the paid amount and currency. Legacy Google Tag Manager tags are paused to avoid duplicate reporting. Advertising purposes include measuring campaigns and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ads. Conversions API and automatic customer matching are not enabled. We do not add customer matching or upload application contact details to advertising platforms as part of this installation.

Your choices

In the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, and when your region cannot be confirmed, Meta advertising tracking remain blocked until you accept advertising tracking. Elsewhere they may run by default, subject to your saved choices and browser privacy opt-outs. Optional analytics has a separate choice. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent using the website or submitting an application.

Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to change or withdraw permission. Your current choice stays in effect while settings are open. We store a visitor reference, your choices, the time, region and notice version in your browser to retain evidence of acceptance and later withdrawal. Clearing browser storage removes that record. Withdrawal stops future optional tracking; it does not erase information already received by a provider.

Subscriptions and other services

Newsletter subscription is separate from advertising consent. Use the unsubscribe option in newsletter emails to stop those messages. Embedded Google Drive videos and booking calendars connect to their respective providers when used and are subject to those providers’ privacy practices.
